The old tradition of tapping on your glass to get the bride and groom to kiss fading out. Most weddings use plastic or styro glasses now days. Many couples have been creating new ways for this event.

• Use small bells for your guests to ring.
• Make your guests sing parts of songs, stick to a theme, cartoon themes, campfire songs, songs with the word "love" in them, etc.
• Put Numbers under the seats to give away gifts. (i.e. center pieces on the tables)
